How we describe used equipment
Every used or refurbished item is individually described. The photographs and listing-specific condition report should always be read alongside the general grades below.
Excellent used condition
Fully functional with light signs of previous use. Cosmetic marks may be present but are limited.
Good used condition
Fully functional with normal cosmetic wear from previous use, such as scratches, scuffs or marks.
Fair used condition
Functional unless the listing says otherwise, with heavier cosmetic wear or signs of regular trade use.
Spares or repairs
Sold with a known fault, incomplete, untested, or specifically intended for parts or repair. Any known issues will be stated in the individual listing.
